The torrential downpour has begun. I have everything I need. Baton Rouge residents have been ordered to stay off the streets starting at 7PM until the storm passes some time tomorrow night. Now it's just a waiting game. I'm about to turn off and unplug the computer. See y'all on the other side.

If you have a basement you should take advantage of that, and if you have a hurrican-proof suit of armor I suggest wearing it. And if you have a TARDIS I recommending getting into it.

Something to look forward to, BestBuy is selling all of Due South for a low-low price. The quality isn't as good as the releases from Canada, but it's all there.

Hey everyone. Just heard from Jenna/Gwyn/Hottiepants about an hour ago. She's fine and said that they're about halfway through the heavy downpour. The hurricane headed east, so that was lucky.

I'm being a bad bad grad student and posting this from class, so I'd better stop. Just wanted to let everyone know.

Hey all...

Heard from her again, and the storm has passed. Her only main issues now are having no power (which will hopefully be back on tomorrow) and being extremely bored.

But she's safe and well, so woo yay. :)
