Gosh yes I agree on the coolness. We haven't go that kind of thing in the UK but I certainly can attest to how my pain levels are effected by the weather. Currently things are not good with the unrelenting rain here.

Mine are too. I've been trying to keep track, but I'm not the best at it. I know I tend to be more achy when the temperature changes rapidly though.
