Playing with words
May. 9th, 2011 01:44 pmI was thinking recently about text-talk and how letters and numbers have come to symbolize the syllables that make up their names. You=U, are=R, before=B4.
So I want to try and make a list of all the words (two-syllables or more) that can be represented accurately and fully by the names of letters and numbers. I've got a few to get started:
Before = B4
Empty = MT
Envy = NV
Foray = 4A
Foreign = 4N
Innate = N8 (sorta)
Excel = XL
Excess = XS
Ellen = LN (ok, so it's a proper name, but who cares?)
Deviate = DV8
Tutu = 22
Teepee = TP
Canine = K9
Any = NE
Eaten = E10
Cutie = QT
Anyone have some more?
