I love the first listing on the CDC's WONDER page under "Chronic Conditions". Yeah, I guess death is a rather chronic condition after all :)

I like the link that reads "Mortality—underlying cause of death". I don't think they really mean what it looks like, but I have to agree that mortality is a leading cause of death.
