On me: sweet sugary buttery butterscotchy and rum candy smell. Nice, but too foody for me to want to use as a perfume. Which is good, since I only have the tiniest bit of it.

Book #18 -- Jeri Smith-Ready, Eyes of Crow, 473 pages

This is just an incredible book, right up my alley. It tells the story of Rhia, growing up among a people whose duties within the village are determined by the animal spirit that lends their aspect to them as they come of age. Rhia is chosen by Crow, and thus given the difficult and heartbreaking task of guiding the dying to their final rest. And as war looms, her role becomes more difficult and more necessary than ever. I can't wait for the sequel to be released in October.
