Book #127 -- Diane K. Kovacs, The Virtual Reference Handbook: Interview and Information Delivery Techniques for the Chat and Email Environments, 123 pages.

This was a pretty decent book -- nothing I didn't already know, but to see it organised like this is going to help me to teach it to others, which is one of my major concerns now that I'm in charge of the whole project at work.

Book #128 -- Cate Tiernan, The Changeling (Sweep #8), 188 pages.

We get to see a lot more about the fascinating (in my opinion) character of Ciaran, the main character's biological father. Of course, the good parts were hampered by the Oh-I-love-him-so-much-but-I-can't-be-with-him-because-I'm-cursed-and-dangerous-woe-is-me stuff, but thankfully it looks like that won't be an issue in the next book.
