gwynhefarGood news: the days full of horrible 9-10+ on the pain scale pain have subsided.
Bad news: Instead, my spine has decided to lock up on me. I can't think of anything I've done differently, but for the past 3 days I've gotten up with my back and neck stiff and sore and they've stayed that way all day long. It's very annoying.
