Book #135 -- Aristophanes, The Frogs, 50 pages.
The first half was quite amusing, and here I was thinking well maybe there are Greeks I like after all. Then of course we got into the poet showdown of which I really only understood half at best. I imagine at the time it was quite brilliant, but considering how little we (or at least I) know of the persons involved I felt a little left out of the joke. Still I'd be willing to give some of his other stuff a try. I've always tended more toward comedies than tragedies anyway.
Progress toward goals: 311/365 = 85.2%
Books: 90.0%
Pages: 38915/50000 = 77.8%
